ABRE Volume 5 for 5E/P2E Completed, Fulfilled, & Published!

Publication Day!

A quick note that Aquilae: Bestiary of the Realm (ABRE), Volume 5, for 5E and Pathfinder Second Edition, has been completed.

If you're entitled to either or both of these, you should already have received a complimentary copy notification from DriveThruRPG.

I'm on target to complete the final Volume 6 by the end of June.  So, not where I'd wanted to be ideally, but I've been consistently churning out around 1,100 pages of content a month, and I expect that to continue through the summer for sure so I can get caught up with committed work.

Thank you again to all of those who have been patiently waiting for what they're entitled to.

Production Update

I've worked feverishly throughout the month, and as a result, I can confirm I will be completing Aquilae: Bestiary of the Realm, Volume 5, for 5E/Fifth Edition and P2E/Pathfinder Second Edition, next week.

I'll post another update once fulfillment has been triggered.

In other news, I've passed the 3,700 mark in terms of monster abilities converted.  This is truly only of direct interest to those entitled to the upcoming Monster and Content Conversion Guide, but it's still a nifty milestone nevertheless.

Production Update

Just a quick note to announce that the next items in the pipeline, Aquilae: Bestiary of the Realm Volume 4 for 5E/Fifth Edition and Pathfinder Second Edition, have been completed.  1,097 pages of crunchy goodness is all wrapped up.

If you're entitled to one or both of these, you should be receiving a notification from DriveThruRPG imminently with your free copy(ies).

Up next of course is Volume 5.  All told I've lost about 4-6 weeks of productive time to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I'm back at work full-tilt.  Based on the success of Volume 4, I would predict a reasonable ability to continue to pump out an additional volume every 4 weeks or so.

My plans for 2020 remain the same as when I announced the roadmap at the beginning of the year, I've just lost a bit of ground to the pandemic situation.  I'm still incredibly eager to finish ABRE and commence layout for the half-dozen-plus books on which work is entirely complete, so I expect to continue the current rate of churning out massive quantities of work every month.

Clarification: ABRE for OSRIC

Clarification

In response to popular request, I've launched a small Kickstarter for the OSR edition of Aquilae: Bestiary of the Realm.  

The intent here is A) to offer new backers a chance to grab the Bestiary at a discounted price in these bizarre times; B) to enhance the OSR edition in particular with nifty, old-school B&W artwork; C) to help the artists with whom I work in these financially unstable times.

All pledges for this Pathfinder Second Edition campaign already include the OSRIC edition of the bestiary for free.

You need do nothing at all; just sit back and enjoy the newly-enhanced product when it's completed.
